We are easy to find, set back off the A4 on the Bristol side of Bath and just a 25 minute level walk along the river Avon to the centre. We are just a mile and a half from the large long stay Charlotte Street Car Park, located just below the famous Royal Crescent on Queen Square. There is a bus stop outside our door with a service every 12 minutes to the city sights. We offer a courtesy car for those arriving by train or bus - just let us know your approximate ETA and ring us on arrival at Bath Spa station. All rooms have new bathrooms, most with larger shower, and wc en-suite as well as WIFI internet access, trouser press, iron & board, hairdryer and wide screen LCD TVs with Freeview and Sky SPORTS! Free Internet café too! Enjoy a beer in our tranquil garden in summer or our lounge with bar and open fire in winter. There are restaurants to suit all ethnic tastes in the centre (£5 taxi ride), or if you prefer to eat locally, two lovely riverside pubs offer great food, the Desh Indian restaurant is close by or we can offer you an evening snack here. Bailbrook Lodge is a Georgian Grade II listed country house, excellently situated 1½ miles from the city centre - 7 minutes drive. It is a delightful, peaceful and relaxed location with lovely lawns and gardens. We have 15 en-suite bedrooms including 5 with four poster beds. Free Parking. Three Abbey Green is a Grade 2 listed townhouse dating back to 1689. Set in a richly historic square in the heart of Bath, it provides a superb central location for exploring everything this multi-faceted city has to offer. The Abbey, Roman Baths and Pump Rooms are all conveniently on your doorstep. The Spa complex is just a three minutes' walk away, as are Sally Lunn's tea shop and the stunning Pulteney Bridge and Weir. The Theatre and a wide choice of restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The Circus, Royal Crescent, Assembly Rooms and Museum of Costume are a ten minutes' stroll through the city. Bath's renowned independent shops, selling everything from designer clothes to obscure cheeses, are all around us. You will never be at a loss for things to see and do. Three Abbey Green has seven beautifully restored en-suite bedrooms. Each room is decidedly different from the next, preserving an individual character and charm whilst conforming to the high standards of luxury set by the hotel.
Recently newly renovated. Roban House is a small friendly guest house with accommodation within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. OUR PREMISES ARE STRICTLY NON SMOKING AND SMOKERS ARE NOT WELCOME. The hotel has luxury rooms, most en-suite, with free wireless broadband, TV, DVD, hairdryer, tea and coffee-making facilities. On-street parking is available near the house. A maximum of 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bath, and from the bus and train stations, we offer the most convenient solution for your stay. Our accommodation is sold on room only basis. PLEASE NOTE. We now have our own holistic salon which offers aromatherapy/swedish massage and reflexology treatments for guests staying a min of two nights. These normally need to be booked in advance. Please telephone for details. We can arrange discounts on the tourist attractions and the Spa (we sell Spa vouchers at a discount and provide free towels for the Spa for the guests staying a min of two nights, saving of £5.50 per person at the Spa), or organise early check-in or late check out for you (subject to £10 per hour or any part thereof). We'll contact you after your booking to confirm details about accommodation, check-in, parking,or any other special requirements. Our free wireless broadband internet service means you can catch up on your emailing or surfing - you need to bring your own wireless-equipped laptop or PDA. A small laptop computer is available at nominal charge for limited time. Landline telephone is available - most common destinations worldwide are available at 40 pence per minute. Enquire about 3 for 2 offers or other discounts. Check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm (5 pm and 10 pm on Sundays) and check out between 8.30 am and 10 am except by prior arrangement (additional charges may apply). Roban House does not have a permanently manned reception. We will contact you to arrange the suitable check-in time. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Children over the age of 12 are permitted if accompanied by a responsible adult. We do not permit rooms to be shared by more than the number of people booked. Please note - we offer a completely smoke free environment - no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Anyone found smoking at the property will be asked to leave and pay for re-decorating of the room. Guests are requested not to enter the property in dirty, dusty or soiled industrial clothing. We reserve the right to request you to change before entering. When we receive your booking we will attempt to obtain pre-authorisation for the full cost of the stay against the credit card provided and on arrival you may pay by cash if you prefer, or by cheque or bank transfer in advance provided that payment clears before the start of your stay. If you provide us with a debit card details, your card will be charged with the cost of the stay. Full payment is due on arrival, or earlier as explained above, and the full cost of the stay is payable in the event of a no-show.

Saltford village has excellent pubs and restaurants,a scenic cycle track joining Bath and Bristol,riverside walks,an 18 hole golf course and is only 5 minutes from Avon Valley Country Park.Bus services to both Bath and Bristol are good ,so leave your car at the B & B and avoid the traffic and parking problems.
Millbrook is a former Victorian farmhouse situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. All rooms, the conservatory breakfast room and the extensive gardens have stunning views over the beautiful Limpley Stoke valley, and all benefit from having en suite or private facilities, WiFi internet access, TV with video/ DVD, fair trade tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, etc. Please note that we operate a two night minimum stay policy at weekends. Payment is requested by cash or cheque only. This is a fabulous area for walking and just a few hundred metres from the Kennet & Avon canal towpath yet is just 3 miles from the city of Bath. There is a large private parking area and secure storage for bicycles. Millbrook is a non smoking house. You can be assured of a very warm welcome with the offer of refreshments on arrival, and a delicious full breakfast with free range eggs from our own chickens and home made bread amongst other goodies! Good food is served at the friendly pubs nearby.
