There are double, twin and family rooms all in our luxurious barn conversions, each having their own front door key and own patio area, giving you the independence to come and go as you please. All rooms have full en-suite facilities including bath and shower and are decorated to a very high standard with exposed beams, stripped wooden floors and country pine furnishings. All double beds are a minimum of 5 foot with the majority being 6 foot. Also rooms have colour TV, radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, fresh fruit and flowers. ONE NIGHT STAY AT WEEKENDS MAY BE AVAILABLE ON A REQUEST BASIS ONLY AND WILL NOT BE GUARENTEED UNTILL CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FORM THE BEECHES FARM GUESTHOUSE. A non refundable deposit of £35 per room per night is required to confirm your reservation.

Cranleigh is an elegant Victorian house with many original period features. All nine en-suite rooms individually furnished in traditional style with many extra comforts. Cranleigh has just been received the AA 'highly commended' award for 2009/2010 so you can be guarenteed a high standard of care and comfort during your stay. ****CHECKING IN TIMES - Between 1pm and 7pm **** If you need to check in after these times this needs to be arranged in advance so that there is someone to greet you on your arrival. Regrettably we cannot offer a check in after 10pm so you must ensure your arrival by this time at the latest. Just 1 1/2 mile from the city centre in a quiet residential area with private parking Cranleigh is ideal place to stay. Whether your visit is for business or pleasure you will find your room have every modern comfort. - including flat panel TV's, wifi internet access, mini bar fridges . You could even book a session in our Garden Hot Tub! We have doubles, twins, Four Poster and Family rooms. Our Family room can accommodate up to 4 people. Children 5 years and over are welcome. Regrettably we can not accommodate children under 5 years. Enjoy a choice of breakfast from the extensive and imaginative menu. We are licensed and have mini bars stocked with wine, beer and soft drinks - all at pub prices or less.
